House of SAKI

More than 10 Years of Customer Development and Digitalization

House of SAKI is a successful Swedish fashion company that has existed for more than 30 years. Over the years, their development has steadily increased, and the group now consists of three brands: STAND STUDIO, Rock and Blue, and SAKI Sweden, as well as offering Private Label services. The collaboration between House of SAKI and adbriq consultants began in 2013. Support and updates of the business system have been ongoing since then, and now it was time to upgrade to Business Central in the cloud to meet the growing needs of House of SAKI.

"We have known the consultants at adbriq for a long time, and they have been an important part of our development over the years. Thanks to our strong relationship, we can have an open and honest dialogue, and we have full confidence in them.
Therefore, they also dare to challenge us – most recently with the recommendation to move to the cloud. Continuing to challenge us means that we become more efficient, which increases our productivity and results in our ability to continue delivering high-quality customer value in a more cost-effective manner," says Magnus Johansson, Head of Marketing and Sales at House of SAKI.

Background and Needs

Since its founding in Malmö in 1987, House of SAKI has grown enormously and now consists of three brands and their own Private Label department.

· STAND STUDIO is characterized by well-designed and colorful high-fashion clothing in leather and faux fur at an affordable price. Eye-catching garments worn by world-famous artists and fashionistas such as Hailey Bieber, Bella Hadid, Kourtney Kardashian, and Heidi Klum.

· ROCKANDBLUE specializes in designing outerwear and accessories for all seasons by combining style with functionality.

· SAKI Sweden creates trend-conscious, modern, and timeless outerwear, accessories & clothing. The design is classic with modern influences and a Scandinavian twist.
"We are a full-service company with product development, procurement, sales, and finance. For all these processes, we need to use different parts of a business system." says Magnus Johansson.
We have been working with the consultants at adbriq for more than 10 years now, and they have helped us update the system as needed. We had a solution that we had been using since 2009, and almost ten years later, it was time to update it. Then we chose not to go to the cloud, as we had the opportunity to do with adbriq, but instead went to version NAV 2018 in TRIMIT. But now we are taking the next big step by upgrading to Business Central online/cloud, which allows us, together with adbriq, to continue driving improvement and further develop our business system and operations

With three brands, sales in Scandinavia, Europe, the USA, and recently Asia, a new eCommerce platform, own warehouse in Sweden, and third-party warehouses in China, the USA, and Belgium, there was a need to upgrade their business system to Business Central online/cloud to support these new flows at all different stages.

Solution and Results

"Our systems were previously completely custom-built and rather complicated before we started working with the consultants at adbriq, which meant that we had to adapt the system every time there was any kind of change in the company. Now that we are moving to Business Central in the cloud, we are running standardizations as much as we can, with room for some customizations of course." says Magnus Johansson.
TRIMIT, for example, has developed many features that we need, and what is standard for them today meets the needs we have. adbriq's solution means that we get a stable and recognized business system, but also a flexible one with the possibility of continuous development. And instead of having to run mega updates regularly, where we need to gather staff and inform everyone, there will be smaller continuous updates, similar to those on mobile phones. An advanced but easy-to-use business system, you could summarize it,

The solution is based on industry pre-defined and proven standard processes that are both long-term and generic. For a full-service company like House of SAKI, there are many different functions required to run its operations. Functions that are now integrated into BC online's latest version.

What also appeals to House of SAKI is adbriq's unique model – a combination of the world-leading cloud-based business system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, TRIMIT Fashion, and their generic but unique application assistance for industry-specific additions, with the possibility of customizations specifically for House of SAKI.

"For us, ongoing support, recommendations, and sparring are very important, which works great with adbriq! They bring invaluable knowledge and experience from other companies in the fashion industry, so they know what works. Then they put on their consultant hat and base it on what is best for us. There is no doubt that we have grown in terms of the number of employees and turnover significantly in recent years. We have developed together with adbriq, and the business system has enabled scalability throughout our digitalization journey. A journey and a partnership that will continue for many years to come," concludes Magnus Johansson.
